Few place alight the imagination of visitors, young and old, like the Boston Museum of Science! Join us and take in all the wonder and learning that this landmark museum in Boston has to offer! Plan to have a delicious lunch in the food court and maybe even bring a little spending money for the gift shop full of unique treasures. We will leave early and get back a little late - but it is oh so worth a trip to Boston with friends.
Due to a generous gift, May and June Saturday Recreation events will be held at a low cost. Because of this wonderful opportunity, we know that the demand for spots will be very high. In order to make the process equitable, we will be selecting participation spots by lottery. You can select as many of the below events as you would like and your participant's name will be entered into the lottery for each of those events. There are 12 available spots for each event, and thereafter a waitlist will be created from the same lottery. The registration lottery for each event will close at 12:00PM 8 days prior to the event and lottery winners for each event will be notified that same day by 4pm.

To attend Saturday Recreation events, please make sure that you have completed a Weekend Recreation Intake Packet. If you have not, please fill it out and return it to the Program Director of Family Supports and Recreation, Maribel Roman @ 978-972-0601 or m.roman@arcofopportunity.org.
Please arrive at The Arc 15 minutes prior to the start time of the event. We cannot hold the van for attendees that arrive more than 15 minutes after the start time of the event. The Arc offices are at 564 Main Street in Fitchburg, MA 01420. The GPS address is 161 Boulder Drive, Fitchburg MA 01420. When dropping off, please make sure that attendees are welcomed into the building prior to leaving the parking lot. Refunds can only be given with 24-hours-notice.
