The Arc of Opportunity offers a wide variety of programs designed to advance our mission to create and support lifetime opportunities in the community for individuals with disabilities and their families to reach their fullest potential by providing advocacy, education, employment, residential and recreational services to enhance quality of life.

The global literacy rate for adults with disabilities is as low as 3 percent, and 1 percent for women with disabilities.
