Bob is an integral part of the running of Day Hab. He has handled every service request I have ever sent (there have been a lot of service requests) expeditiously, always finding me to go over exactly where the issue is and what is needed. He goes the extra mile every time. You would never be able to tell, but I think our walls are more patchwork than actual wall (the bottom half anyway). Our appearance reflects the legendary service Bob provides. He always follows up, asking for my input before completing the job at hand. The job is done with participants' dignity not just in mind, but at heart. If it cannot be done right the first time, Bob will take the time necessary to do so.
I am not sure if Bob realizes, but his absence is always felt. I look forward to our 2 o'clock banter, it is never more than a few minutes, but those few minutes make a difference. Whether it is quoting a line from a Disney Pixar movie, sharing fun facts as they relate to the conversation, or having to explain a joke that went completely over my head, Bob keeps things fun and leaves you no other choice but to smile. I cannot think of a more deserving person to be awarded The Way of The Arc Champion.
