Katie Najjar joined the board at The Arc in January 2023. Katie has worked in the banking and finance industry for over 15 years. She is currently the Senior Vice President of Retail Banking at Leominster Credit Union where she oversees the branches, call center, and the financial education department. Katie resides in Lunenburg, MA with her husband Keith, and their two children.
