Individualized In-Home Supports

Individualized In-Home Supports (IIHS) focuses on providing individuals with disabilities support based on their abilities and interests. IIHS encourages individuals to take on as much responsibility as they are capable of and to create a safe living environment for themselves. In addition to In-Home Services, IIHS also assists with integration into the community.

IIHS staff work with the individual to implement planned and “as needed” assistance with finances, errands, household chores, and many other essential community supports. IIHS staff also schedule, attend, and follow-up on medical and clinical appointments as needed.
