David Kline comes to The Arc of Opportunity with over 30 years of experience in the Human Services field. David graduated from South Dakota State University with an undergraduate degree in Psychology and later received a master's degree in Non-Profit Management from Worcester State University. David has experience in multiple leadership positions as a Direct Support Professional, Program Director, Clinician, Director of Quality Assurance, and Day Program Administrator. He has acquired a variety of skills and familiarized himself with DDS and Mass Health systems and requirements. David has also worked as a program and administrative surveyor for the Commission on Accreditation of Rehab Facilities (CARF), allowing him to see best practice at other organizations throughout the country. David enjoys spending time with his 2 young adult sons, his life partner, and her son. David is an avid golfer who also enjoys road/trail running, camping, hiking, and spending time at the ocean.
