Frances has more than 25 years of experience in the Human Services field. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Human Services from Phoenix University and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Fitchburg State University.
Over the years, Frances has worked in many leadership roles, including Homecare Supervisor, Program Manager for Aging Access Point Agencies, Program Director, and Day Program Administrator. Frances has strong skills in running In-Home and Community Support Programs, understanding DDS and MassHealth systems, and is a certified Notary Public.
Outside of work, Frances enjoys spending time with their spouse, two adult daughters, and two grandsons. Summers are spent at the ocean, going deep-sea fishing or relaxing on their family boat. Frances also loves camping and sitting by the campfire, enjoying time in nature.
